Cleaning filters is one of those necessary evils of owning a spa that Arctic Spas has always felt should be eliminated. Our filtration system is virtually maintenance free.
As with the rest of the Arctic Pure™ maintenance system, the MicroPure™ water filtration system is easy to use.
The MicroPure™ pre-filter attaches to your garden hose during the fill process to filter metals, suspended solids and even bacteria from your water. By starting with water that is already filtered, you will find that you have fewer problems maintaining crystal clear water and you’ll spend much less on maintenance products.
Each Arctic Spa is also equipped with a MicroPure™ Everyday Filter that screens particles down to 1 micron and is 94% efficient at removing “stuff” from your water in one pass. Throw away the chemical clarifiers, de-scummers, cartridge cleaners and de-foamers; the MicroPure™ filtration system does not need them!
Arctic Spas uses a simple and effective filtration system called a telescopic, floating weir. The weir adjusts with the water level to effectively skim the surface where most of the oil, skin and contaminants accumulate.
