Performance and reliability are the Arctic Spas Customer Guarantee. If your spa cannot be repaired under our extensive warranty, Arctic Spas reserves the right to provide a replacement spa equal in value to the original purchase price of the defective spa. Our philosophy guarantees your complete satisfaction.
Spa Shell ~ Lifetime
Arctic Spas warrants the spa shell to the customer against water
loss due to structural failure for as long as the customer shall own
the spa.
Shell Surface ~ 5 years
Arctic Spas warrants the interior surface to the customer against
material failure for a period of five years from the original date of
purchase.
Plumbing ~ 5 years
Arctic Spas warrants the factory installed plumbing components
~ specifically jets, air injectors, glued fittings, plumbing, pipes,
filter canisters and hoses ~ against water loss due to defect in
workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the
original date of purchase.
Equipment & Components ~ 5 years
Arctic Spas warrants the spa’s equipment ~ specifically the spa
electrical pack & control panel ~ against malfunction due to defects
for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
Arctic Spas warrants the Tru-Guard Heater with a no-fault warranty for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.
Parts and “On-site” Labour
On-site labour does not include travel / engineers costs to the spa, and may require a call-out charge to cover these incidentals.
